What happens after I write to you?
A:
I read it myself and I answer it myself. No team, no assistant, no call center, and you are not signing up for anything. If you are just looking, say so. That is a completely normal thing to write.
Q:
I am not moving to Miami. Is any of this for me?
A:
Yes. Most of what I write here is about how to live in this city, not how to buy in it. Where to eat, what is opening, which neighborhoods are changing. If you never buy anything from me, that is completely fine.
Q:
I am moving, but not to Miami. Can you still help?
A:
Yes. Through Corcoran I can introduce you to an agent in New York, the Hamptons, Westchester, Connecticut and well beyond. I will not hand your name to whoever is available. Tell me where you are going and what you want, and I vet the agent before I make the introduction.
